I love Chipotle, and we usually order almost every Friday night; however, 9 times out of 10, at least one item is missing or... poor quality. Tonight, every dish we got was incorrect and I paid almost $5 for queso and chips and received no queso. This willbe the last time I go to this restaurant. They take zero pride in their performance. I worked at chipotle for four years in denver (where chipotle was born!) We were one of the original stores. I thought we were... one of the best. I?ve eaten at tons of chipotles since then over the years and never felt inclined to leave a review becausethey (almost) never compared to my store. I came in today because I was really shaken up from driving for HOURS and needed tosit down with comfort food. I?m so glad I did, the gentleman behind the line were so friendly and considerate, and gave meperfect portions of everything on my tacos. My white rice was a tad undercooked but everything on my taco was so fresh anddelicious that I really didn?t care. I felt like I was back in my old store again and was able to relax a little before the restof my long drive. I?m so glad I come through Salem relatively often, next time I drive through I?ll be stopping here again.Thanks guys! Read more
Another bad chipotle. Ordered using the App. Food was 30 minutes late. The order was wrong. How hard is it when you get it on... computer. They put peppers and other veggies I did not ask for. I just don't get these places. Read more
Service is generally good here but they are usually out of at least one thing. I.E the corn salsa or sour cream. Shot in the... dark as to the lobby being open, definitely DONT go through the drive thru. You?ll never get what you want. If you mobile orderand they are out of something you just won?t get that item when you pick up, they won?t give you the option of replacements. Read more
Took a few minutes to get served ? and we were the first ones in line. (It was not during busy business hours). Bowls were... absolutely delicious. My bowl was kind of dry due to the fact that I did not add any cream or sauce but that is how my order wasasked to be made. Chips were nicely seasoned of salt, some the chips at the bottom of the bag were overly salty. Guacamole isabsolutely stunning, it is dynamite. Menu is simple, easy and big to read. This isn?t the first time my partner ordered the quesadilla & received this poor excuse for one. Smaller then the portion size... he used to get, folded incorrectly, and filled with dried-out meat & barely any cheese. Absolutely pathetic. How difficult is itto fold a tortilla in half and grill it? I wouldn?t be so upset if this wasn?t the 3rd time this has happened. Some rude employees but the majority are great and the food is always good and worth it. Update 10/01. From 5 to 1 stars. They... charged me for a large side of guacamole as well as guacamole on my plate. I come home and I find my plate is less than haveempty and the majority of the chips are wet and old.
