Thursday 10/20/2022 8PM. Online order into Domino's Pizza in Salem VA (4th St). Ordered two medium, thin "crunchy" crust pizzas.... They arrived in 33 minutes. Both pizzas shared on main trait: the crust was thin as a business card and dry as a bone in adesert. It was as if there was no tomato (or marinara) sauce on either pizza, so the toppings were dried up as well. Both pizzaedge crusts were inedible. Each pizza cost $18.45 for sausage, green pepper and roasted red pepper and $18.35 for spinach,mushrooms and feta. Why would any pizza business make such a horrible pizza? Read more
I got the large pizza for $11.99 I think with three toppings. By the time everything was said and done and I actually got the... pizza and wound up to be $20 including tip. The three toppings were barely even detectable, one of the toppings was onions. Idon't remember tasting any onion at all on this pizza. My pizza was easy to order online, my coupon was accepted, it arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule, the pie was piping hot, and... was delicious (Ultimate Pepperoni Brooklyn Style)! My pizza was delivered very quickly and it is warm and delicious. I am very impress by how fast I got my order.
Well I paid $35.86 for a pizza and a 2-liter. After waiting an hour, the pizza wasn't even cut into slices. Management told me... there was nothing they could do to expedite my refund since I paid on a card (so I'm waiting 7-10 days for my thirty-fivedollars back). No apology, just "have a nice day" as I left. (Also, don't bother calling the corporate 800 number: thecomplaint line is down according to the recording, which I suppose shouldn't surprise me given everything else.) 0 stars was not an option, this is why they got a 1.I have ordered here for a long time and never had too many issues, until... today on10/30/22 the so called manager Caleb got a call from my wife as she bought $40 worth of pizza for the family that wasstill doughy and he actually got irate with her stating that they never undercook pizza and he was not going to replace orrefund. ?Have to talk to general manager ? but will not give out his info. This is why customer service is horrible nowadays.These are not the actions of a good manager. Just some smart a@@ kid that mommy spoiled too much. Never will eat here again!
