The Middle of my sandwich was cold. I asked for a latte with a shot of expresso, but was given the shot on the side instead of... in the drink. The guy at the register was rude and expressed annoyance from the questions that I asked about alternatives forthe item that they were currently out. Definitely lack of interest in good service from both employees that were present. Read more

No point in ever using the app here. If you order ahead to pick up they do everyone in the drive through line and who walks in... after you before going to your order. I waited almost 15 minutes for something that should have taken two. Read more

I use to LOVE LOVE coming here when Kevin worked at this location. However, I will never go back. The ladies in the store keep... the doors locked despite a drive through line longer than my small instestines. I really hope they bring some decent efficientpeople back to that store. I feel bad for the people who believe that closing the doors to the public will result in somethingefficient. Chick Filet seems to be a good model for how to run an efficient assembly line. I ordered 2 large drinks and was given 2 mediums that weren't made right. It also took longer to get those 2 drinks than my... usual Dunkin takes to make the 4 I usually get. This location also wasnt busy. Idk whats going on here. Read more

I placed a mobile order with payment, so I wasn't aware they were out of espresso until I got there. I always add an extra shot... to my iced macchiato for a total of 3 shots. The woman at the window tried to give me a regular iced coffee without sayinganything. She seemed very confused why I'd be upset and want the refund. It was almost $6 and I was only receiving a regularcoffee. I thought I had reached an understanding with her until she handed me the refund receipt for the extra shot only. Shehad refunded me $1. She still could not understand why I was upset or seem to understand the difference. I finally gave up andjust drove off. I love my Dunkin at home, that place was awful. Read more

Normally I love coming here, but today after waiting 30 minutes in line, I received frozen mini bagels. They were stone cold in... the center. I asked them to remake them and they were still frozen solid. I decided to just take them home and heat them up. Itried to call to let them know they were having problems and so they wouldn't continue handing out frozen food but no oneanswered and the answering machine requires a password to talk to them. Get it together how hard is it to do your job correctly. Not trying to down play what y?all do for a living but good grief. Sad... I came here a few months ago and did not receive all my donuts.
