Food was pretty good. Chicken sandwich felt a little generic, but tacos and chips we had were good.

Sunday brunch outside in August. Not busy. Minimal staff. Slow on drink orders. Coffee brewed to order, pods. Bloody Mary, good,... spicy. 3 tries to get napkins. Egg sandwich was tasty. Potatoes, yum. Omelet was missing avocado and salsa. Asked for salsa, ateslowly, finally manager maybe brought but had 2 bites left on plate, he commented about how the salsa must be late. Much laterserver returned, we mentioned salsa being late - he said there would be no extra charge...reminded him the menu indicated itshould have come with both avocado mash and salsa. He said he was sorry. Waited again for ticket. Blah experience... too bad, nice atmosphere and yummy breakfast sandwich. Read more

It was a perfect night to eat out side, that?s why I chose this place. It took the waiter about 15 minutes to finally get to us.... It took about 30 minutes for us to get our drinks. He said that there was a computer glitch that kept our order from going allthe way through. And some other person came over to let us know that there was a problem. Our taco order was messed up, one tacowas ice cold and I sent it back and we didn?t get everything we ordered. It took about an hour and a half for our simple meal oftacos, chips and sides. The waiter apologize profusely saying they were in a transition and they were not ready. The otherperson said that there was some computer upgrade that made them lose these three tables. In my mind if you knew you had aproblem you should?ve kept checking on us and verifying. Only when I mentioned that we should get a comp did we get a couple ofthings taken off of our bill. The waiter said this won?t be El jefe for long it?s supposed to be a different restaurant. We hada lot of patience because I know restaurants are having problems with staff right now but this was really something the managershould?ve come over and apologized profusely and done just a little bit more. The best thing was the cucumber margarita. Read more

Great food and amazing service. The prices were very reasonable and they had amazing drinks. I love that they have barbecue on... Sundays but they also had some barbecue specials on Monday. Would definitely come back here, it was so comfy. Read more

Good food, not exceptional. Cost is on the higher side. Dessert is expensive(3 donuts are $6) I tried the chopped brisket... sandwich as my main meal. Decent flavor but nothing to right home about. Cost of chopped brisket meal, which included a drinkand a side(I tried their fries) is $15.25. Service was alright but not exceptional. Sat without a refill on my Arnold Palmer(sweet tea and lemonade mixed) for 10+ minutes while the waitress came by and brought my dessert out but no refill. Not aterrible experience but definitely not the Wow service and food experience I was hoping for. Read more
