Sorry sandwich. I ordered my sandwich in person for takeout. Upon getting home this is what I was faced with. After eating half... of it I cut it in half and took this picture. I then sent feedback to jimmy johns corporate office along with the photo sayingnicely I was disappointed. Michael Baszis, Corporate Relations Rep said "I recommend speaking with the manager." He punted. Nohelp. This Salem jimmy johns is 57 miles from my home. So I'm to drive 114 miles about my bad sandwich? Hungry for a sub inSalem, Va? Don't go to jimmy johns. Read more
Wasn't closed but shut down bathroom. Sub was good.
The staff was polite and professional, even amongst themselves. The ingredients were very fresh and delicious. Their brand of... chips is great, of you like kettle cooked, they're thick and crunchy. I got a kids sub, but I want to go back when I can eatmore, so I can eat more. Read more
The meat was minimum like subway and I do not like subway .you more sides to put on subs .The staff was kind and nice and it's... not there fault that the sandwich lack more sides like banana peppers jalepheno bacon etc. Read more
We were there 45 minutes before they closed and WOULDN'T let us use the bathroom. My wife sub DIDN'T get what she wanted. Of... course we were back on Rt 81 down the road 15 minutes before we realized. My sandwich wasn't made the way I requested either. Turkey Tom Sandwich was made fast and tasted delicious! When I asked for a sliced pickle on the side, one of the women making... the sandwiches aggressively told me that they only sell them in whole pickles. But other than that unpleasant exchange, greatsub shop! Read more
Prices are little high. Got my husband something from there. I can't eat there , bad tummy followed by heart burn. He loves the... place. Also it depends on who's working you can get a good sandwich and worth the price. But couple times his toppings wereslim. Over all of keep going back for my honey. ???? Read more
