The man making the pizzas did a great job, he wore gloves and all!!! BUT what good are the gloves when you touch EVERYTHING,... INCLUDING YOUR CELL PHONE then continue making pizzas WITHOUT changing your gloves. GROSS!!!!!! Edited to say that I returned 2years later and.... Different man, of course, was making pizzas NOT wearing gloves AND touching his phone!!! PLUS I got charged$1 for a garlic sauce! Read more
Little Caesars always gets a solid 3-star rating from me pretty much no matter which one it is. It's trash Pizza, but it's cheap... and it's actually still pretty good. Decent service at this location, pizzas are generally always hot and ready outside of theweekends. Read more
Ever since they moved to this new what was supposed to be nicer location they are hardly ever open which I understand they can't... really control that due to the low Staffing but you can never even get anyone on the phone they should at least have some typeof voice mail set up everytime I try to call no matter what day or the time of day it just rings and rings and then itautomatically hangs up on you I'd much rather they be back in the hole in the wall gas station where they at least had goodcustomer service than not be able to get any one on the phone at all or ever get to actually get pizza from here Read more
On Thursday January 27th at 1:15 pm I showed up to get my usual lunch combination. But you had a sign on the door stating that... you were closed until 4 pm. I showed back up at 4:15 pm figuring that I can still get my lunch combination. But you said thatyou only sell them until 2pm. I stated that it was not my fault. You stated that you can't help me. I am guessing that you areunder a new manager or something because I had previously received great service here. They have good pizza and I absolutely love their cheesy bread!! It's amazing!! The pizza obviously isn't as good as the more... expensive places like Pizza Hut or Domino's but it's still good pizza, especially for the price! I got 2 large pizzas and somecheesy bread for just $20! And the staff are ALWAYS friendly and kind every time! Read more
I just called them over and over for 20 minutes straight. (11/17/21 Wednesday evening) They continue to pick up the ph and... immediately hang up. This is far from the first time this has happened. It?s clear none of the employees at the newer Salemlocation care at all. Service and food quality has plummeted since they moved from the 4th st location. Read more
The food was delicious, and because we ordered online we just went inthe store, got our food and left.
Absolutely disgusting. I went in to get another Pizza because they don't seal the box on delivery.. I am not eating a pizza if... the box is not sealed I don't trust people. I got to the store and returned that pizza only to see that the girl was handlingher phone and then proceeded to make another pizza for me without washing her hands. just a horrible experience all around Read more
