Nice servers and good Angus Burgers and tater tots. What needs improvement is the indoor eating area that is attached to the... outside patio. It is laking atmosphere. Just a big TV and just a couple of decor things and nothing on the walls. The lightingfrom the ceiling fans makes it look a bit gloomy. It's an empty area that needs some personality put into it to have a morepositive atmosphere. To empty. Also this sitting area is closer to the kitchen. We had to listen to Mexican music coming fromthe kitchen. That shouldn't be allowed no matter what type music. I kept thinking we walked into a Mexican restaurant. That wasannoying. Lovely lake view and a boat lunch and a separate building for special events. Boat docking and plenty ofparking. Railroad track run very close to the restaurant area. Overall a good place but needs more personality in the mainindoor eating area. Read more
When I entered the building i was greeted and shown to a table right away. Outside had a nice view of the lake and also had a... live performer! The menu was robust and the drink selection was pretty good. I have Celiacs so i asked our waiter to check onthe food for me for gluten and she gladly helped which was appreciated. Last year we found the newly remodeled Copper Bottom bar and grill. The new owners are wonderful friendly people. We totally... enjoyed the Friday night fishing fry. It is all you can eat so ask for more if you need it. The outdoor seating has been totallyupgraded and lots of tables added. There is live music on weekends outside and it's been wonderful. Places to park your boat'sif that's how your arriving. If by car they added an entire new parking lot ! So many upgrades and the food ! Its fantastic theservers are very personable as well. Our server many times now has been a gal named Melissa and she's the bomb ! Great service. Now they have a Sunday brunch that is amazing ! This was my second time here in two weeks. The food was great as always and my favorite burger by far. I get my burger medium... well with cheddar cheese and an egg.I got the Mac and cheese for my son . It was a very nice meal and we enjoy making the driveup to eat here.The only issues we had were that our server never gave us drink refills,and the lack of a diaper changingstation. So for each point the drinks only matter because we both got fries and some more to drink would've been nice. And yesit's a bar and grill so not everyone has kids and needs a changing station,but with there being a nice restaurant down from thebar and providing high chairs it does attract parents and kids especially with the food being so good. I do want to come up forfood often now. Definitely a nice place to check out for anyone who just got down for the day at the beach or out boating. Read more
