We have been longtime customers and I can honestly say the food was better during the height of the pandemic. Now the menu has... changed and the quality of the food and service simply isn?t the same. Mind you, we are well aware of how hard it is to survivein this industry, post-pandemic. For this visit we started with bottles beers, asking for glasses. The glasses were loaded withspots and I even noticed the bartender looking them over before she sent them out. I would have had them rewashed or sent outnew ones. For food we decided to change things up a bit and ordered their bone-in wings per the recommendation of our server, asking them to be cooked on the more well-done (crispier) side. They were average with not a lot of meat on them, but the combosauce was good. I ordered a cup of chili with with all the fixings. It came out lukewarm and was ridiculously thick, to thepoint that I could not finish it. Then we decided to split the southwestern steak wrap, with tater tots as our side. Neither oneof us could truly describe the funky taste of the steak and the rest of the wrap was dry with no flavor. The tater tots tastedas though they had been fried in old oil. We each took a bite and pushed our plates away. I have never experienced such a poormeal here. Our server was quite attentive and felt bad about the meal, but it was not their fault and we expressed that to them. The server was kind enough to remove the main meal from our check, even though we did not ask for that. We thanked them kindly, paid and left. Overall, we were disappointed because this has always been one of our go-to restaurants and we fully supportedthem throughout the pandemic. I was even in by myself a few months ago, sat at the bar and had my usual delicious Wisconsinburger with an old fashioned. We hope to return down the line, but it will take awhile. Read more

What an experience! We were in last night and had the cutest waitress ever named Ashley who was so sweet and smiling the whole... time. She made jokes and had us feeling so at home. I couldn't say enough about how nice it is to see young people lovingtheir job and not feel like they are there just for a paycheck. She really went out of her way to make our dining experiencewonderful. I have posted on my Instagram as well and since I have over a million followers, I am sure there will be quite apresence to come with new faces. Hopefully Ashley will be available for everyone lol. Oh yeah, The food was great also. HIGHLY recommend the Brussel Sprouts appetizer Read more

Found this on the way out of Lake Geneva while looking for a local restaurant on the way to the interstate. Started with, no... joke, some of the best hot pretzels I ever had. It?s been a while since I had some that were both cooked perfectly and had agreat taste. The kids? chicken tenders were also very good, ?always fresh? they claimed. The Italian Beef sandwich was alsopretty good. Prices were reasonable and service was fine too. Read more
