We brought our party of 7 here and was sat quickly. Staff was friendly and gave great recommendations. We ate the Classic... Pepperoni pizza (Large), a delicious chicken/veggies pizza, a regular Calzone (scrumptious), and got the Caesar salad (veryfresh). We HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying the Hot Oil provided at each table on the crust of the pizza… it takes the food to atotally new level without being too hot. Read more

Once again I am giving my 5 star review due to taste and wait staff Decor is on the Retro/modern style. A brewery and wood... fired pizza restaurant and Italian eatery, located in downtown Salida, co. Friendly staff. Offering Pizza,panini,salads,pasta,bambino menu, calzones, bevande, and Dolci. Having the Montenotte pizza in the small portion. Neopolitanstyle pizza, thin wood fired and very good. Also the Ahi Scotato salad and my husband said the dressing is amazing. The place looks nice and modern, but the food was well below my expectations. I had the calzone, and while it was very... generously sized, the taste was mediocre at best. They put a ton of ham in it, but not a very high quality one, and the spicesjust don't taste right in my opinion. The side salad was good. Read more
This place had the best dairy free pizza! Yep, I have looked forever for a tasty dairy free pizza...I found it. The other menu... items looks very appealing also. The wait staff were also excellent! The atmosphere was awesome too. Located in a cute, largeindustrial building converted into a restaurant. Definitely going back when I am in Salida again. Read more
