The patio was nice and our waitress was kind. However, the food and transparency lacks. The garlic sticks only had 3 small... pieces for $8, and the real garlic was good but the dough was not worth it. The menu also says ?with marinara or pesto?. Notwith a $.50 charge for each. The pepperoni also says ?piled high?, but there?s barely any. The grease was significantthough. However, my partner did love his fig pizza and I did actually look good and filled with ingredients. VEGAN FRIENDLY! We had such a positive experience at this location, for several reasons: the gals there were so friendly & took... excellent care of us at the bar while we waited for pizzas. (Italian margs are delicious) The open air view of the river islovely and I am so impressed and grateful for vegan mozzarella! It melted perfectly and my boyfriend loves the flavor. Ourveggie pizza was fabulous and their crust is the perfect thickness. Great location, right by the park/river/downtown action.Highly recommend this place! Read more
Local review: this is one of the best pizzas in town, and we have a lot of pizzq options here! Every pizza we've had here has... been fantastic! The staff is always friendly, even when they're super busy, which happens a lot! Open patios with shady orsunny options, and a really great view of the river. The pizza was delicious! They were extremely kind. We got the New Yorker pizza. We waited about 25 minutes. It usually wouldn?t... take so long but the first pizza that was made didn?t work out. They happily gave us a new one and told us they would box theother one for later. Read more
We had the best experience here! The pizza was so authentic to New York. We had the Dirt Bag pizza and highly recommend trying... it. The staff were so friendly and made us feel like family. Authentic New York style tossed pies. Courteous staff. Incredible location. Six dollars for one, delectable slice so get a pie... and save 12.00 on a one topping! Carbs included. The toppings may seem sparse but the slices/pies are huge so that is nearly anon-issue so we would highly suggest giving it a go. We had plenty of leftovers.
