First time visit as we were passing through town. I'm so happy we stopped in! What a lovely place! The Bloody Mary has the right... amount of spice. Now I've lived in Colorado for over a year now, and it's almost impossible to find a real, hand batteredChicken Fried Steak. Robin's makes REAL CFS! I was ecstatic when I had the first bite! It was delightful! There were a lot of cars in the parking lot making me believe it was packed. The setup and flow worked... wonderfully! We ordered, were seated on the patio, and enjoyed a very pleasant breakfast! The food was delicious, the drinkswere perfect and refreshing. 10/10 will absolutely be coming again! Read more
We sat on the back patio of this restaurant and it was lovely (see pics). There were birds singing in the cottonwood trees,... hanging flower baskets and sun shades. A really lovely place to eat lunch. They even had an outdoor area to sit if you have adog. I got a Reuben sandwich with fruit and both were great. My wife got the fish taco with fries and that was also great. Theprice with two waters was $36 plus tip. Highly recommended. Read more

We had the nicest service here! You place your order at the counter and then pick your table. The kids meals are such a perfect,... filling size. Adults had delicious French toast and blt. Bacon was crispy! Read more
After waiting 40 min and being told it would be 30 more min at a other place. We decided to give this place a shot. And BOY ARE... WE HAPPY WE DID ! The food was incredible! We visited Robin's one time during a trip to Salida. It's located conveniently on highway 50 with an unassuming facade. The... entrance is hidden on the right side. Black and white pictures in the first room show a long history, but this building looksnew. Order at the front counter, and when the food is ready, they will bring it to your table. Breakfast is served all day.While the menu does not have many items, there is variety from classic savory breakfasts, to pancakes, to avocado toast. Thereare also cocktails, which I did not try. In the back is a patio with ample shade, trees, and dog area. From there, you may hearthe creek, which you can see from the short path. We ordered avocado toast, grilled breakfast sandwich, classic breakfast, andspeckled pancakes. It took about 10 minutes to get our food, and everyone was pleased. We were out of towners and searched for biscuits and gravy. So we went here. I feel it was expensive and the food only so so. 2... coffees basic black , 2 biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon.
