The "manager" asked me to pull forward to wait on food( more forward than I already was) with 0 cars behind me. I replied that... there were no cars behind me and for the 5 minutes I was in the current forward position, he was blocking traffic talking to aperson in a car, in the middle of the parking lot smoking. He replied, I will make sure service is slower for you. I thenfollowed him inside to ask for my money back, which he denied me. Whoever was sorking tonight 9/26 atound 545pm did a awesome job. There was a line when we pulled up to the drive thru but it... moved fast! Wait time was none. Every time we have gone there the last six months we are asked to pull up and wait. I don't mind that. But then they give us the... wrong sides and leave out things like sauce that we asked for when ordering. I should not have to check my bag before I pullaway and drive home. So frustrating. Then when trying to call the number is always busy. Guess I'll leave my grievance heresince I am unable to get in touch with a manager. Read more
