The "manager" asked me to pull forward to wait on food( more forward than I already was) with 0 cars behind me. I replied that... there were no cars behind me and for the 5 minutes I was in the current forward position, he was blocking traffic talking to aperson in a car, in the middle of the parking lot smoking. He replied, I will make sure service is slower for you. I thenfollowed him inside to ask for my money back, which he denied me. He then tried to engage me in a " awhat is wrong with you"rant and stated that here at KFC the customer is not always right. I told him several times I did not want to speak with him. Read more
Tried to place order for family meal on line and didn't even show Salina ks location when I entered zipcode. Then attempted to... call order in for pickup. They don't do call in orders for pickup. Eat somewhere else! Read more
Whoever was sorking tonight 9/26 atound 545pm did a awesome job. There was a line when we pulled up to the drive thru but it... moved fast! Wait time was none. Every time we have gone there the last six months we are asked to pull up and wait. I don't mind that. But then they give us the... wrong sides and leave out things like sauce that we asked for when ordering. I should not have to check my bag before I pullaway and drive home. So frustrating. Then when trying to call the number is always busy. Guess I'll leave my grievance heresince I am unable to get in touch with a manager. Read more

We waited almost a hour for a 16 piece and the employees were very patient. They gave us a free chocolate chip cake for waiting... so long. The whole order was correct and warm when we got home. Read more
I went in the late afternoon. I assume it was an "off" time for them because they didn't have any chicken fillets to make a... sandwich. No big deal. I love the new Nashville Hot seasoning for the tenders, so I just got that and it was just as good. Ilove that they carry Pepsi products and have a good sweet tea. Read more
Worst KFC in Kansas. Always out of everything. Food comes cold. Server staff has an attitude. Everything they say is ?umm? and... ?uhhh? sound like a bunch of people who are very unhappy to work there and even less interested in taking a food order orserving a customer. Read more
