The only good part was the ordering of the food. Everything after that took a dive bomb and the only reason its getting a ONE... Star is that there is no ZERO star option! This was for take out, and it was NOT busy at all, so they have no excuse for theirpoor service. They didn't announce the food was ready AT ALL. Even Taco Bell is better about announcing your order is ready! Soit sat on the counter, unannounced until a clerk "realized" that it was sitting there. By that point the grilled cheesesandwich barely had any warmth remaining and the pizza itself had gone stone cold. We didn't realize just how cold it was untilafter we'd left. If I'd realized it while I was there, I would have raised unholy hell for their terrible customer service. Read more
I used to truly enjoy going to Panerai Bread in Salina Kansas, that is until a few months ago I began to experience a very... marked decrease in the attitude of the staff. The quality of the food has remained fairly good. In the past few months theservice by the staff has declined to the point that it is worse than the burger the appropriate meal. Now the staff is botheredif you ask about the bread, chips or apple with the appropriate meal. Reward points, they look at you as if you are from aplanet far far away. Read more

We ordered curbside pickup and the server was very nice. However, one of our bakery items was not wrapped at all just thrown... into the bag. The cinnamon roll had a hair in it. Very disappointing. Read more
