Ordered. LARGE group order for the ER. When I pulled up to the window they asked me to pull to the side. Somebody by the name of... OC came out and offered me a free drink for the wait. When the order was ready OC and Shawn came out with all the food and a bagfor plates, sauces and free dessert. Told me they were thankful for nurses. Very polite caring workers. I'm the biggest taco bell fan in the world. Have also worked in food service when I was young, so I have much respect. I would... never leave a bad review unless it was constant bad service. This place is out of everything you want every time you go. Someoneneeds to start ordering more food, but I think half the time they just don't want to make it bc you special order.Then the worstpart is you go home to unwrap your double back up choice, and what you find is either a burrito that looks like it was madeyesterday or a soggy mess with more ingredients outside the shell than in. I tell myself every time. Give them one more chance,but I am constantly disappointed. Just for reference check out the other reviews I have left here in salina. Most of them are 5stars compliments, giving props to a food service team that messed up but did everything they could to make it right, orcomplimenting a team that was low staffed but still doing their best. I will be avoiding this taco bell, and driving across townuntil I hear from management or someone telling me they have taken care of the issues. Read more
Ordered 4 rices and this was the amount I got in each container! I paid for that?! Wow!!!! My tacos were supposed to have no... cheese and there was cheese everywhere !!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I was the only one in line. No one in the store. Read more
I hate leaving bad reviews but this is something that has happened every time I?ve gone to this location. I ordered the nacho... fries burrito (added and took some items off ) and they gave me a bean and cheese burrito that had sauce EVERYWHERE. I use towork at Taco Bell so I understand how chaotic it can be, however there were only two people in line, and I only had two fooditems and a drink. It?s really frustrating especially since they had my order correct on receipt but gave me somethingcompletely different. It was also cold. Read more
Terrible customer service!!! Just be consistent. Inconsistency is one of my pet peeves. If you don't like your job...do... something else! I rarely give bad reviews. It takes a lot to get me this riled up. I will not visit this location again. Read more
