The greeter greets you but if you don’t seat in the bar then you have to sit and wait for a table. Plus all she was doing was... wiping down menus and if you come for lunch don’t be in a hurry cuz the servers are slow and 1/2 the things on the menu theydon’t have!! Read more
I love BJs but sadly today cooks and servers messed up my order 4 times . I get it if I asked for something extra but it wasn't,... apparently they forgot their menu and toppings were left out , then the chips for the artichoke and spinach dip were chewy theychanged it 4 times too plus the server spilled beer on my meal and dip chips were chewy the same every single time. My burgerwas cold and they brought me the ingredients separately every time. The server avoided our table so I had to ask for themanager and she tried to fix the issue. To pay for my order I had to go to the front and ask for a server because nobody wascoming to our table even though it wasn't our fault they messed things up. I felt unwelcome at this establishment. just walked out. sat for over 20 minutes and watched people get seated at several different tables. watched waiters walk past us... to help people that had barely been seated for 5 minutes get to order drinks and then get their drinks then get to order foodand have their menus taken.... I get that it's Father's day but why ignore us? watched waiters stand around and just stare. had10 people up at the front just standing there not doing anything with no one coming in. really disappointed. my husband and Ididn't deserve that.... EDITED for our recent visit on 4-12-22. Let's start with no bread and fruit for our little one like last time. Waiter (Itzak I... think, sorry if I'm wrong) was amazing but between the cook and the bar drinks and food sucked. Hubby got the Margherita flight,my daughter got a white peach Margherita and I got a glass of the 7 daughters. Peach Margherita was not peach at all, waiteroffered to bring peaches to add but came back and said you were out. Fine. My hubby's fight didn't come out until the food andwe had to ask twice for it. Then food came and it was horrible. My daughter and I got the parmesan crusted chicken with veggiesand I got the baked potato. Veggies were raw and not cooked. Baked potato was burnt and so dry. We ordered shrimp off the kidsmenu for my little one and it was COVERED in pepper (why would you put pepper on a child's food?) So she wouldn't eat it cuz itwas spicy. All in all this trip really let us down. I'll give it one more chance and that will be either 3rd strike you're outor 3rd time is the charm. Definitely unhappy about spending $200 for bad food. Adding in photo to show burnt potato and pepperloaded shrimp before I dug in and realized how bad it was. Birthday dinner 12-30-21 First time ever and I'm really glad the twoother choices we had didn't pan out because omg, the food was so good. The food is okay, but a little pricy. I got the onion strings appetizer and they were gross, very oily. I tried to reheat them... at home and they were gross then too.. The ribs and tri tip were good but the asparagus was underwhelming. Sliders were goodand the pazookie was good. Read more
Good service and really good cheese burger. Fries were not hot but no big deal.
