On 7/3 @ 12:30 in the afternoon I went into the Burger King on south Main Street in Salinas there was 1 other person inside he... stood there for a good 3 minutes before they took his order and another 3 or so before they took mine both this gentleman and Iwaited at least 10 minutes before we got our food this restaurant is famous for being slower than slow and they never seem tohave a manager on site there customer service is horrible Read more
The restaurant was experiencing a typical lunch rush when I went by today. The service was slow, the restaurant dirty, and the... food mediocre. But what I can commend are the three employees I saw staffing the whole restaurant literally running from onejob to another. One was drive thru with packing bags for customers inside the dining room. Another was helping while alsodoing part time cooking and cashier. The third appeared to be doing the rest of the cooking. I'm sure they are experiencingstaffing shortages, but it is hard to see from a location that until 2020 was thriving, clean, fast, etc. I hope they are ableto recover and retain those working so hard today. I ordered 3 rodeo kings over the Burger King app and when I went to pick up my order at this location I was the only person in... line and was told it would be a second for them to help me; understandable. But proceeded to wait 10 minutes before being helpedwhile I could see my order just sitting there. Once I got back to my car I noticed that none of the burgers had any onion ringsa main ingredient so I got in the drive though so I didn?t have to spend time inside the store and there was only 2 other carsin line. Which was a mistake and took another 15 mins out of my lunch just to be told that they were out of onion rings but wasnot notified or anything of the missing ingredients. If notified that there was no onion rings wouldn?t you change the price butno. Read more
I don't know how this burger King stays open they never have their complete menu items. I went today tried giving them one more... chance for lunch, and they had no cheese no chicken or coke how is that possible!!!!??? I have completely given up on thisburger King location definitely needs new management or help from the franchise. its close to home but I will travel to marinaor the north main locations from now on Read more
It's a BK but it's a bit scuzzy BK. The whoppers still taste like whoppers tho
