Fairly large variety of burger themes. Something for almost any taste. The Spanish Burger and onion rings were delicious.
The customer service wasn't good. No refills of soda. Expensive for my taste. The burgers are good.

This place has gone down hill. I used to love coming here but not anymore. I watched as every single order before mine was... delivered and every single order was wrong or missing an item. There was a burning smell. I had to wait over 20 minutes for myfood. They are severely understaffed here. There was no one manning the registers for a good 10 minutes. Read more
Delicious food in a convenient location at the Northridge Mall. Plenty of options for the burger fan, as well as fries, salads,... and chicken. I loved the jalapeño fries and Caesar salad, and my son had the chicken tenders plate for kids. And a tastymilkshake for dessert. Very reasonable prices too! Read more
Stopped by the BurgerIM at the Northridge Mall on a Saturday afternoon @ lunch time. First visit to a BIM. A little confused at... first because I saw more selection on the banners outside than on the menu board. I ordered the Spanish burger and made it acombo meal. It took a little over 15 minutes for my order to be ready for pickup. I decided to eat outside. Definitely limitedseating inside and outside of the restaurant. My first impression was good as the burger and fries were served on an aluminumtray simular to Chilli's. I found the flavor of the Spanish burger to be good. Just enough heat from the peppers, not to beoverwhelming and the burger patty was a little juicy. The fries looked store cut and were cooked properly. I wouldn't say it wasthe best burger I have had, but it's worth another visit in the future. Read more

Burger lacked flavor and the fries weren't great. Nice staff, though, and the place was cute.
