I can't say this place has any edible Chinese food. This is my first time going to this place...and will be my last. I'm... actually shocked this restaurant would sell this food to a customer! The chicken Chow-mein I ordered was so soggy, slimy, andhas little to no vegetables or chicken in it. The Orange chicken I received was certainly not orange chicken, and it had noorange fruit or flavor to it. The food tasted incredibly bland. I guarantee you some of the food was microwaved and certainlynot freshly made. Also, when I called I was told my food would be ready in 25 minutes, I got to the place 30 minutes later, only to be told to wait 15 minutes more because my food was just being cooked. During that time i noticed two families getseated and later told to leave because they were close to closing. This is absurd and management should be embarrassed. If yourlooking for authentic Chinese food, save your money and go somewhere else. Read more

Food here was good. Egg rolls were subpar and mushy but that was fine. The chicken chow mein came out fast and was filling. Took... the rest home. ?????????? Digitally speaking, there should be an online menu or website, and also the business should beclaimed on Google. The manager, super nice guy, had already suggested it to the owner but they won't move on it for some reason.Too bad! The manager knows what he's talking about. ;) ?????? Read more

Food was fairly decent but service was really slow. They were shorthanded but did not manage the tables well. Once they got our... order it did go fairly quick after that. Read more

The food quality is not what I expected at all, granting they are a bit pricey. Although the lady and the staff were nice and... their wonton soup is the only food i actually found tasty but I left unsatisfied even though I came starving. I would not comeback because I really love me some real good chinese food and this place is not up to par. Don?t judge a restaurant by itslocation. Just cause it?s located in a nicer location does not mean anything. Read more

I used to LOVE Chef Lees, Salinas restaurant; however, We just went and wasted $75, I works hard for my money and know I can... cook better Chinese food than what we received. We did return 3 plates and 2 of them were fresher but the same quality. Nobueno, the third, we did not want replaced and they still charged us for it!! No, I will not be returning. I understand theyare short staffed, they did their best to serve quickly which they did, but it was burnt and not good. Read more

Went for dinner around 6.30pm on a Saturday. Was not very busy and they seated right me away. Immediately was asked if I wanted... a drink. A couple minutes later, my waiter came to take my order. I was ready and placed my requests. Chow mein came first, about 5 minutes later the fried rice and mushu pork arrived. Everything was hot when I served my plate and tasteddelicious. Veggies were cooked to my liking, not soft but not too hard. Sauces had great flavor as well. The waiter wasattentive and checked up on me, boxed up everything when I was done, and had a pleasant sense of humor. Overall a greatexperience. Usually I order ToGo but decided to dine in for once. I was not disappointed. Read more

The food was good but if you ask me if it were best.. it's not. It was will made for the most part. For example, the fried rice... could have had more veggies. It was more rice. Read more
