Everytime i phone in an order for a pizza i get told it would be ready in an hour which is cool cause i know they get busy at... certain times but why does my order always get lost in the shuffle and when im told that it hasn't been made and that it willonly take 7 minutes to make me a fresh one? Mind you this is on a Sunday afternoon so you know everybody and the cousin is allup in there. Still kinda baffled by it but i did recieve my pizza when i was told the second time and it was good to say theleast. That's why i gave them 3 stars. Read more

Ordered pizza 1/18/18 at about 5:10pm. Had to wait 45 minutes for pizza. When I picked up my order was wrong, still had to wait... for new pizza. I asked the supervisor Liz for a discount on the messed up pizza, not even on the whole order and straight upsaid no. She didn't offer anything and didn't apologise, worst customer service . A big box company cant give discounts or givecustomer service. Costco in Salinas is f***ing up And Liz needs training in customer service.
