I did an online order and brought the food home. The tacos had almost no chicken to where we thought they forgot to add it to... the tacos. Also, the shells were nearly burnt and were falling apart in our hands. I tried to call for a refund but the managertold us ?that?s just how our tacos are? and that he didn?t no how to do a refund for an online order. He tried contactingsomeone else but they didn?t pick up and so it was just left at that. Not sure how a manager doesn?t know how to do a refund butI guess every place is different and has different standards. Safe to say this is my last time in one of these places. Read more

Horrible customer service. They didn't have enough chicken to cover my order and wanted to charge me extra $ because they had to... use "the mix choice" which was not my choice or order. It was paying extra or waiting 1hr for my order!!! Not worth my time ormoney. Read more
I always get the three chicken meal thigh and wing with corn and pinto beans this is my favorite semi fast food chicken... restaurant ever since the 90s. It has not changed since. Thinking we had a short line of only 2 people ahead of us up to 8 later orders were filled before ours. Then the order was... incorrect. 2 of 3 combos were incorrect and the food was less than enjoyable. The chips left a terrible taste of old fryer oilin our mouths and all 3 of us left with upset stomachs. We will never return to this location. Read more
