Low energy from the guys/staff. I asked a recommendation for shakes I could bearly get a response. Place is dirty for a business... with secret shoppers. How is the burger dry and the stove black when I know this place is good for not over smashing/cookingburgers and steam cleaning often. I guess not any more. Had to ask for ketchup and straws after we got our food and was handed ahandful of packets. Sure I?ll load up the extra packets in your empty container. Np. Stacking pickles. No umbrella outside dirtybaby changer, wall, garbage in bathroom. Napkins not in holder. This place has lost its touch. I thought I?d give it anotherchance but this relationship is over. That what you get when you hire part time minimum wage and a select crowd. The ownershave to be disappointed. Read more
Meh. Focus seemed to be the amount of meat... Rest of the burger was unremarkable. Fries barely reached top of the cup.... Restaurant was dirty. In-n-out is more consistent and better value. Read more
This Five Guys is terrible for delivery orders. I was waiting for over 30 min to pick up a delivery order. I asked the employees... twice for an update and both times they said it would be out soon. I eventually dropped the order because it was not worth it tokeep on waiting indefinitely for Five Guys to make the food. Read more
Good hamburgers, great fries, best part I can get my burger lettuce wrapped with fresh, crisp lettuce and it's not like a big... deal to do this. The customer service was spot on. Burger are usually ready in six to eight minutes. An order of small fries isactuallyrie bigger because they always throw on an extra half scoop of fries! Always enjoy my burger and fries when eating here. Read more
Always awesome & tasty burgers! Friendly service and warm smiles is a plus. A couple years later and it's still a great spot... for some comfort food and smiles. Great crews and customer service. The FRIES though?!? So good! Oh...and don't skip out ontrying the hotdogs! Read more
It doesn't get any better than this for a guy like me who wants bacon on their burgers. In 'n out is tasty and quick, but i... prefer five guys...the good does come with a higher calorie count if anyone cares about that aspect. Read more
Food is good like at every location, but the ketchup was empty, the napkin stack only had two left and I had to ask for more,... and the soda area and tables weren't very clean. We were the only customers there, so it's not like they were busy. Read more
