Bad service had al my fries could and I told them they just switched it to the bottom
They only had 2 workers and chances of messing my order and delay were increased. Missed items when I got home and food was... messy and missing ingredients. Not making same mistake again, will go somewhere else next time. Read more
Most of the time I'm not satisfied. I know how it's supposed to taste but always disappointed. Tonight was not that bad. But... most of the time it's really disappointing. I like Jack in the box. When it's made fresh or made right but it's a hit or moreon the miss side. Read more
Bad customer service, This place gives out cold food and no receipts. Honestly one of the worst in town. Greesy and dry.
Went through Drive-thru this afternoon. After placing my order, the young lady repeated it, and asked me to drive up to the... window. It didn't seem busy, only three of us in line so I got to the window pretty quick. I was handed my drink and waited forthe rest of my order, she then stated that she only got my drink order and if I would like ???? that she place the rest of myorder. I responded with a " Yes please". When my order was filled, she was not curtious to hand me my order, she had anotherclerk do it. Rude! I usually don?t take the time to write reviews but my experience at this jack in the box has continuously been bad. I work down... the street and visited this place last year. I waited in the drive through for 45 mins and when I got my order my food was coldgreasy and disgusting. I tried to give this place another chance today since I was craving jalapeño poppers. I went during mylunch around 130pm. I got off this time and when I walked up to the doors they were locked! I knocked multiple times and walkedto the door on the other side of the building and seen the employees standing around talking. I knocked harder and they finallyunlocked the main door. I asked if they were closed and the employee shrugged it off and said it locked by ?accident?. I shouldhave just left. Instead I made the mistake of staying and ordering. I placed my order and waited 20 mins for it. The cars thatshowed up at drive through after me were served before me. Once I got my food it was again cold greasy and soggy. SO DISGUSTING.I threw away all of my food and left. I should have known and saved my money. I will never go back to this place and DO NOTRECOMMEND IT. Read more
I wish I had positive things to say about this location. I visited this location 3 times in the spam of 20 min. Firstly, the... employee was super passive aggressive and would cut us off before we finished ordering. I had ordered 2 large fries and received2 medium fries when I went back he said he ?overfilled? them. In which didn?t bother me but it was that he wasn?tprofessional/considerate enough to let us know. Secondly, we had ordered chicken tenders, and was received with a chickensandwich we went for the third time, I understand we are all humans and make mistakes but for the third time I wasn?t offeredanything for the inconvenience not even an apology. Save your time and don?t come to this location unless you are seeking poorcustomer service. Read more
