This post reflects my multiple recent experiences at this Jack in the Box, in front of Sports Complex. I've noticed this... particular locations is one of the slower (or slowest) Jack's in town. I have ordered via drive thru and in person to-go. Doesn't matter which way you ordered your food. Be prepared to wait a while. Usually the late night staff sound a bit annoyed,talk snobby, and are rude to their customers. My last 2 orders have been incomplete and I've been shorted burgers which is whyI'm writing this low review aside from the ridiculously long wait times and rude service. Read more

I drove to the drive thru on 10.1.22 @3:30ish to place an order, I was told they are only accepting online orders at the moment.... So I downloaded the app and was going thru the process of ordering online, then the website errored out and I told the femaleindividual at the Speaker box. Basically Proceeded to tell me that the system is updating, not sure if this is false informationbut I hope someone looks into it. I notice other Vehicles were also refused service which was shocking. My question was if it?sopen 24h then why aren?t they accepting Visa nor cash, it does not make sense. Read more

Sue-Meg State park on Patrick?s point is a beautiful campground with plenty of privacy. I give it a four-star rather than a five... star rating only because access to the coastline is apart from the campground and difficult to reach. However, if you?re youngand agile, it?s worth the hike. Read more

It is sad to see how technology has ruined the experience for Jack in the box. Jack was my first job and i have healed a... soeacial place in my heart for it, but i pulled up to the drive through at 1am and they stated that they didn?t take orders onthe drive theought if it was not placed on dash or on the jack app. it defiantly ruined my experience and would not considercoming to a hack again Read more

930pm time frame. Only drive through is open. Lots of cars. 15 minutes to reach the speaker. 10 minutes pass with no service.... I'm ok with this as there are still vehicles in front of me waiting. Another 10 minitues go by and the cars in front of meclearly get helped. I start to ask for assistance. No reply. 5 minutes. There are no more cars. I walk up to the window. Theytell me their system was down and they'll help me out soon. Waiting. They finally help. They're out of the item (popcornchicken) I wanted. I order something else. Initially, I was only going to rate my experience on their survey website complainingabout the lack of customer service until...! Another person ordered online. I tell them that one of the items was what Iinitially wanted but they were out so they might be somewhat disappointed. We arrive and the wait is much more bearable. Theyacknowledge the order. I comment about how amazing it is they received a shipment withing the past hour and a half. I'mperfectly fine if they found it "offensive" given their discontent in handing over the food. And I'm pretty sure they lied yetagain about running out of their flimsy cup holders in what may be a spiteful move. Read more

Once we drove to the speaker, they were quick to ask if we were ready to order we asked for a few mins, cashier was polite and... said to take our time. We order, drove to the window, we were checking our food we released they gave us French fries when weasked for curly fries, Jenny the cashier was very nice and quick to reply with ?oh you did no problem coming right up? didn?teven question us or asked for recipes. I come to this Jack in the Box because it's the closest to the freeway. With that being said... the customer service is decent.... Usually only order in the drive through. This particular time I was there. The person in from of me left because we had beenwaiting for over 10 minutes for someone to attend us through the speaker. Dine in was not busy so I cannot say why it took solong. The food was hot when received, decent amount of time. I have not liked the coffee here in the past. Also, theyconsistently run out of mayo packets. Read more
