Food was great! The service was good! The cashier was very patient and nice and our order was done fast.
Make sure to check your order is coreect. When you go throught the drive thru more times than not you need to wait in the front... for your food and that usually takes a while. Read more
Rudest staff, we went thru drive thru and they had us park up front. We got our order started driving away and noticed we did... not get our French fries. Went thru drive thru and the girl asked to see our bag and looked at us as if we were thief?s. Aperson with some sense would have checked the time on the receipt and asked the person who took the food out front about itinstead of treat us as if we were trying to get free food. Several weeks ago went to McDonald's drive-thru ordered a copy got to the window to pay I asked if I could order a small fry was... told to go back in line through the drive-thru and placed the order that was her new policy kind of find out I got corporateheadquarters got a call from them the following day this is in Salinas Al branch kind enough to tell me what the procedures werewas lied to by the person that was working at the window and was taking care of by the headquarters so for that I give him fivestars you get address the problem and then tell me straight out without trying to hide anything that it was uncalled for tookcare of me and I appreciate it Read more
It's close so it's convenient, but the service isn't great, they're too slow. I get they're off a freeway exit but then they... should hire more efficient staff. I don't go there too often but they're literally 2 minutes away, and since I only eat at thatlocation 4 times a year, I bare the awful experience and have no expectations what so ever. Update: My hubby got off late andwas hungry so he decided to stop there and I wanted a filet O fish and I came home to a fish sandwich that was splattered withMayonnaise and relish permeating from the side of the sandwich. The women who work here don't understand simple customer service or how to make food. They don't wear gloves and are constantly... touching their faces and other things. Makes sense why they can only work at a McDonald's. Please be safe guys, gross workhabits, should be shut down. Read more
