Like every McDonald's, their service is prevailing. Never get a missing item never anything wrong. OTHER McDonald's do sometimes... tend to forget to include these two little packets and make it an inconvenience, but THESE guys always deliver and always havetheir customer in their minds. Lol you don't know how many times in other places i was disappointed to not find any black pepperor salt in my bag. This McDonald's is fast and always friendly, management is doing an excellent job. And they ALWAYS get yourorder right no matter how customized! Just had to share because the little things like this matter alot lolz. Read more

Women's bathroom disfuntual and not handicap handy. No hooks in toilet area for purse, water facet did not work properly(... automatic water upon sensor being set off). Adjacent toilet area locked with no entry allowed.Notified manager sheblamed Instead of stating McDonald will address it. Hey McDonalds we know your making money help it out. No bueno. Read more
Politely I always tell the cashier I can?t eat the hard cookies so I ask for fresh ones and I tell her I don?t mind the wait... because I know it takes extra effort. Almost every time I am given the hard cookies and I have to give them back and ask forfresh ones at the pick up window and then told to wait in the wait spot. It always seems like fresh cookies seems to be somekind of issue. Read more

McDonald's had just opened at 5:30 a.m. when my husband and I stopped to get breakfast for the day. We had been on the road ... all night and just got into the Salinas area (our destination), so we needed a short respite. The new order screens were up andworking, but a very friendly young woman grabbed us and offered to take our order. She was so pleasant, kind, and helpful, itmade ordering easy and even fun. We sat down and talked only a few minutes when our order was ready. It was fresh and hot andeven smelled delicious. Our orange juice was cold, and the meal was brought to us at our table. My only complaint is thatMcDonald's is still using single use straws--and customers aren't asked if they need or want a straw. This practice isextremely wasteful and bad for the environment. For this reason, I reduce their 5 star rating to 4. I also noticed other typesof plastics in use, here. The plastic cup for orange juice that I use once, throw away, and it stays in land fills or flows outto the oceans. So wasteful. Come on, McDonald's, get with the program! Read more
Had to feed the little one before heading home. Went inside cause drive thru was long. Was much faster inside.
