Had to stay here for a weekend. Showers not working womens restrooms not working. They opened a shower for the females Some... woman killed that bathroom. Don't come here, driver, unless you have an abundance of time and patience. The smooth brains have yet to figure out there are 2... scales, so they line up at the first one, blocking everything up. Between them and the people who park in the onlyentrance/exit, just getting in can be a 15 minute or better ordeal. I was trapped on the 2nd scale for 20 minutes by the Lordsof the Flip Flops who drove all the way around to face the supertruckers blocking up all the fuel islands. Why somebody hasn'tbuilt another truckstop in the area is beyond me. Read more
You can count on this location having a cast of nefarious cast of characters waiting at the front door, which is the only door... you can go through since they keep the door close to the pumps closed. You can also count on a slow moving doped up cashier totake care of you. Read more
This place is a nightmare. If you have to weigh your truck expect to wait 10-15 minutes. And that's with two CAT scales. It's... absolutely amazing how slow everything moves here. Paint dries faster than they move. Seems that crackheads and all sorts ofstrange looking individuals constantly inhabit this place, begging for money and shower credits. People that work inside areoverwhelmed and can't deal with the pressure. They are terribly understaffed and management doesn't seem to fix the problem. Read more
It's not as large as the other pilot pumps, but it is the busiest one for sure. The staff tackles with customer needs very... well. The coffee and cinnabons are fresh and delicious. They have some reserved stops which you can pay for. Or they have freetruck parking for several semi truck n trailers as well. They have 2 CAT scales. The washrooms are not the best you have seenbut considering the number of customers using it, they are clean. Read more
