Bathrooms Were Disgusting!!!! Both Men and Women's. And when we tried to let them know how dirty they were it was like the... manager was annoyed or something took him a minute but they went and cleaned them. Other then that service was great???? Read more
Well, it took awhile to be seated and I believe it was noon and there wasn't many people. I had catfish the outerside was... crunchy but the inside was still not cooked enough for me. The coleslaw had no flavor. I think they just put mayonnaise. Alsothey may have counted the fries cause I belive I had about 15. The food was of course not even remotely resembling the menu photo but nonetheless enjoyable. My only gripe is that for ice tea... at $3.99 a glass, she never asked me if I wanted a refill but dropped my daughter off a refill of lemonade without her evenasking. I was going to ask her when she came back but the only time she came back was when we were done eating and she left thebill. That was the only reason she got an 18% tip instead of a 20% tip. Great Customer Service from the person seating you and the server. Came here with gift card. Had the wed special steak and... lobster. Wife had chicken Cesar salad. With cheese sticks and of course their famous biscuits. Great food. Read more
We were greeted in a friendly & cheerful manner as we walked in by the hostess who immediately went ahead and sat us down. Our... server was so patient, kind & knowledgeable of the entire menu. Menu is full of a variety of seafood options. Appetizers &drinks are great. They also provide non seafood dishes as well. Food was on par for Red Lobster. Seafood was pretty good, but the steak in my surf n turf was meh, even though I upgraded to the... filet. The service though was standout excellent! My young son even mentioned how nice everyone was and he's usually prettyoblivious. Read more
