Markus E. In the bakery took many phone calls from me as I live out of town and needing to order a cake for my mother's 78th... birthday. He was patient courteous and never seemed to rush me off the phone and not once got irritated. I ordered a Tricw Dolcede Leche. It was amazing absolutely delicious I called three times just to get the filling correct. Markus consulted with thedecorators many times to get their teams expertise especially since the decorators and bakery knows how blown away my entirefamily we'll be when we enjoy this beautifully crafted masterpiece. Beautifully landscaped and intricately detailed. Markusreassured me I would be satisfied. Markus and the Bakery Team delivered to my over obsessive requests. Very good in general, most of the employees are friendly and eager to help you. My only complaint was a while ago with the... customer service person, she was really rude and somehow aggressive and, on your face. I hope that is already improved. Read more

I had just 15 mins to enjoy a meal. Safeway should look at hiring people who care about and/or want to work. Stood in the deli... line for 15 mins, watched what appeared to be a manager get served by one of 3 deli workers. One was busy helping makesadnwhiches, while another was busy in the back working on something, the other who was helping the manager walked away andbegan to label things in front of me while hollering to the lady in the back. I was even more bewildered by the fact that themanager walked past me and did nothing to assist. I?ll never shop at Safeway again. Read more
