Perfect drinks and great customer service staff is really friendly ???? 10/10
My customer service experience here was excellent. However, there are a few things that could use improvement. The restroom is... in another part of the building through a locked lobby that is only sometimes staffed by a security guard. Accessing therestroom is hit or miss. There are power and USB charging outlets under the seats, but many of them charge slowly or don't workat all. If these issues were fixed it would be my favorite Starbucks, because it's conveniently located close to the bus stationand train station. Read more
It is my understanding, that All coffees, at All Starbucks should taste exactly the same, the Starbuck's team is trained to make... the coffees ?the same way at each and every shop. I find this to be untrue and inconsistent. I have stopped at differentlocations, have ordered the same coffee, and it just doesn't taste the same at all. There seems to be an issue with cleaning andwiping down as well. Counters, tables,service area(creams, sugar & stir area) recyptical areas are always a mess. There areplenty of people who buy your product, I like ????that at my home, it's consistent and clean. Read more

I like the location in Old Town Salinas across from Maya Cinama. They are talented and friendly. Always get my coffee right.
Great barista service and coffee.
This Starbucks location has plenty of seating inside and outside. There's a wall with flyers posted for information about events... in the area. The restroom is detached and inside the building's lobby. You'll need to ask the cashier for the code. Service wasgood and the egg bites and coffee tasted as expected.
