Bad customer service. They gave me someone?s else order. Called and wait 25 minutes on phone . They didn?t care about my order.
Horrible service. Wingstop is wingstop.its always good. But i tried to place an order over the phone , and i was told that my... number had a no call no show ...my number with order name clarissa thats not my name! Someone there is super smart. I wentthrough my bank statements i wasnt even in town when they say yhis happend . And after speaking with the manager refused to takethat off my account. At all the other locations in my area i was able to Just place an order no drama!!!??? Just because ofthier stupidity id rather drive alittle further. Never going back ...Def calling corporate! Worst Wingstop customer service I've ever experienced!! Ordered 2 10 piece combos and they forgot my ranch sauce. I called the... manager seemed to not care about it and said that he was sure he put them in when there not there. He wanted me to drive backhalfway through the warriors game.
