It has honestly gone downhill since the new management took over. Previous management genuinely cared about their customers and... their staff. i went to this saline one with my friend. She ordered a caramel marvel with oat milk. this drink has coffee in it. when she... handed it to her it was pure white with ice. after a few minutes she went up to the counter and asked if the drink was hers andright? the girl behind the counter then proceeded to explain how lattes are made and that the drink is white because it?s madewith oat milk. there was no caramel or coffee in this drink. upon remaking it.. it was brown and she was rude about it. Myfriend gets this drink often and i don?t think being explained to about ? how lattes work? was very nice. i?m not karen but likethat drink is 6 bucks. LOL Read more

My fiance loves the new Redbull drinks. I like the turkey bagles! The one drink I wouldn't recommend would be the chocolate chip... shake; it has no flavor and taste like ice! Overall, the ladies were nice and upgraded my drink of choice! Read more

Every time I go there, the service seems to be getting worse. I was a frequent flyer on Weds; I even got my husband hooked. But... no more will I support such tacky service. We were there last week and the person at the drive thru with colorful hair andbraces almost dropped our food outside the window. I was there the day before and she did the exact same thing to me whenpassing me my coffees and my cards back. It was crazy Luckily I didn?t drop my things and gotten burnt.That is enough for me tostop visiting your store forever! Read more
This is my absolute favorite place! Everyone is always very personable and cheerful. My coffee is always made exactly how I like... it.
