We order from this restaurant one to two times per week. We love their food. We always place our order online through their... website and have never encountered an issue. Until tonight. We placed our regular online order totaling almost 60 dollarsincluding tip. I arrive to pick it up and much to my surprise, I am told they are not accepting Online orders any longer. It wasrelated to me that their online website is a third party vendor who has been keeping the money from the online orders. Therestaurant told me that they will not honor the order (confirmed order via email and paid for), nor will they refund my money.It is my responsibility as the customer, to now contact my bank and share with them that the online website isn?t valid and toreverse the charge. Currently I am out 60 bucks and no food. This customer service experience was the absolute worst I have everencountered. They have no sign posted, no social media posts regarding their online ordering and their website remains active.Furthermore, when you order online, you use your email address. Therefore, this restaurant has every customers email address.When they elected to not honor online orders due to not receiving payment from the third party company, they could have emailedtheir customers! I feel terrible for their predicament but there are so many ways to make this right without blaming thecustomer. Shame on you for not notifying your customers. Read more
This was my first experience at Cancun Mexican Grill. I decided to stop on my way home after doing my route. I walked in and... noticed somebody helping a guy in front of me. Which was fine, but while I was standing there waiting to be helped 2 guys walkedin behind me. A guy came from the back and sat those 2. After the same guy walked by a few times he finally greeted me andasked where I would like to sit. I would have left but it was a small town and things were beginning to close and i had acraving for some enchiladas. Other than not being treated fairly upon walking in, the food was great. They give you a basket oftortilla chips and salsa upon being seated. I ordered the Enchiladas Verdes and a Corona. The food was slightly spicy ,butgood. I'd def go back for the food...but I would hope somebody would be there to greet. Read more
Slow service. Sign states handicap bathroom is down stairs. However; they had a bathroom upstairs after all. Had a lady with me... who could not walk well and has a handicap parking pass. Read more
Our first time here and it was so yummy I can't wait to go back. Everything was great--the food was delicious and good portions,... fast and pleasant service, the place is adorable inside and the prices are very reasonable. We will be back soon for sure! Read more
Nice place. Very pretty, colorfully decorated. Lots of food choices on the menu. Service was quick and pleasant. Food was good... and what you would expect from a Mexican place. They did have some different options on the menu that I hadn't seen at otherMexican places. Read more
