We usually are very happy with our pizzas, however tonight we ordered a pizza that had 2 different halves. On the box it was... written correctly but it was actually made with all items on the whole pizza which resulted in us picking off half the toppingsbut the flavors tainted the whole pizza Very disappointed ?? Pizza was delicious, but service slow. One really hard worker and 3/4 really slow people...
Ordered from Cottage Inn last night for delivery. The pizza was dropped off at the wrong house and left on the porch. We got it... cold and had to reheat it ourselves in the oven. When we called they offered to replace it but then never showed up. When Icalled back I was put on hold then the line was hung up after a few minutes of waiting. Disappointed to say the least as thepizza was good once we reheated it but expected better customer service. Read more

When this cottage inn gets the order right, it's good. But it seems in the past few years, even before covid, every order has... had something missing: order with light sauce, get regular or extra, flavored crust, get nothing. I've held off writing a reviewbut finally had to do it. When you spend $30+ every week or so, it's warranted. Please get it together, guys. Read more
We have had their pizza three times so far and very happy with the quality and it's not over priced. Recommend using their app... as it is easy to use and customize to get extra sauce on your pizza. We think it makes them better in this case. Read more
