This seems like one of the better fast food places in Salisbury, but it's always hard to tell. If you go around noon or dinner... time, the food usually seems like it was just cooked, which I like. I think some places just make s bunch of food early in theday and then let it sit around getting old all afternoon, but this place doesn't seem to do that. Food was hot, the french fries were very good. Only draw back is that you need a code for the restroom. I had to use the... restroom but since there were 3 others infont of use I had wait til we ordered and paid so I could get the code for the door offthe receipt. Read more
This Burger King is probably the cleanest one I have ever been in. Definitely have to give them credit for that! Food was hot... and quick too. The only downside I will say is their bathrooms are now key code locked and you have to keep your receipt inorder to use the bathroom as your entry code is on receipt. Kind of makes it hard to wash your hands first before you get yourfood. And being that I was there by myself, the only choice had was to eat with dirty hands or leave food on the table whileusing the restroom..NOT! I umderstand them wanting to keep the restroom for cutomers only, but this is a very awkward way to goabout it. Needless to say I probably wont go back for that reason alone. Read more
Clean restaurant... The decoration was nice... Nice customer service... Clean bathroom but if you don't buy anything you won't... get the code to use the bathroom... The food was good.... My son loves Burger King... Lack of smile from theemployees... Everyone seems they would rather be someone else ... Sad ???? Poor management Poor work environment Poor customer service skills The managers Nigeria and Tanya need replaced they have no... idea how to run that store. Managers son works there and supervision is under her as well state prohibits family to work sameshift and be supervised by such family member. Lady who works the front literally made the customer clean there own tables Andthe max capacity in the building is 50 people they had over 150 guest and had customers yelling order numbers because they weregetting all mixed up... I was one who had to call a few numbers it's a mess in there... Sign outside isn't even the real numberto hiring the man doesn't even work there so GOOD LUCK trying to get in touch using the number on the sign. Read more
The staff were friendly. The dining room and bathroom were clean. The food was fresh but not too hot. Service was fast. Overall,... the establishment was new, decorated very nicely. I will return. Read more
I asked twice if I could get soda in place of coffee. Cashier just looked at me. She did say one word "sausage?". I said my wife... would like sausage I would like ham. We were served with both sausage and 2 coffee. Read more
