My boyfriend and I got food here yesterday spent over $50 and couldn't eat the food, it was WAY to salty for any kind of human... consumption and was a sloppy mess. Also you look in and the cook is wearing crocs with no socks, at one point while we waited hehad no shoes at all.. It's a shame we both used to love checker's. We will not be returning. Read more

Night staff was awful, there was one car in front of us and no one behind us, we were trying to figure out what we wanted and... they kept rushing us and told us our total before we were even done ordering and had to tell them we still had more. They messedup our order, gave mad attitude when I went to have them fix it. They made me take everything out of the bag and I showed themthe sandwiches we had and asked if it was the right sandwich cause I didn?t know what was on everything cause there were 4different sandwiches, which they only gave us 3 of and then when we got home to eat everything, they were all the exact samechicken sandwiches and not at all what we ordered. Well when we first got there we needed a moment to look over the menu because we were down on vacation and Checkers isn't an... option where we live so we didn't know what to get. Well the guy tells us to let him know when we're ready, and we did....abouttwenty times. He disappeared from the mic all together for about 10min! We knew he was there because he greeted us when we firstpulled up so we waited for him to answer us. After placing our order we then waited ANOTHER 15min give or take, for ourfood. Once we got back to the hotel and sat down to eat I couldn't even enjoy the food I had ordered. I got some fancy soundingchicken BBQ sandwich they had and it was so overcooked, it was rock hard, I couldn't even bite into it and it didn't even looklike it had half of the toppings it was supposed to. It wasn't edible and went straight into the trash so I didn't get to eat,the burgers we got were ok from what I was told and the fries were delicious!... Night shift staff need some serious training on communication and customer service. I drove up to the drive thru on June 8th... after 10 pm and specifically ordered chili cheese fries and told them to please make my fries fresh. I had to come back becausethey had my order wrong and gave me the loaded fries with ranch and bacon which I didn?t want and plus my fries weren?t freshlike I asked. One guy told me if I want fresh fries, I need to go and park. Which was fine but I didn?t like his tone when hesaid that. I waited about ten minutes before they brought my food. I checked it before leaving and I was DISGUSTED with how theymade my fries. Mind you, this was supposed to be Chili cheese fries and the whole thing smelt and looked burnt and I did not seeany chili, it looked like burnt old grease they just scraped on the cheese. Fries were cold and they had just opened. I was second car in line. Pulled to side to wait for chicken tenders. Baconzilla was... Luke warm and bacon raw. I have been a Checkers fan for years and this was the worst experience Ever. I returned to window andended up getting another tender combo b/c didn't want repeat of raw meat. Read more
