Stopped in for ice cream only. Service was very slow. Trash on the floors in and out of the bathroom.
For $4, I think the strawberry sundae could have had a cherry on top or something else. Fish sandwich was fine and so was fries.
Always good but the ice cream machine has been down too much at this location
I got the flame thrower burger it was good but the fries were not fresh at all my daughter need to go to the bathroom but the... were out of service they should have put up a sign on the front door once I think about it I wounded if that is a health codeviolation because nobody could wash there hands if I good back it will be icecream only Read more
The customer service is marvelous,you shouldn't hear NO COMPLAINTS.If you do it's very likely someone is having a bad day.Upon... entering the store ready to order,I seen two workers at first both young females and they were hard at work to the point Ididn't want to bother them.However one of them seen me and quickly came to take my order,and I needed the manager to handle mymatter.She went to get the manager,and while waiting one of the managers named Hunter came out before Tajah.Now upon talking toHunter he seemed like he was able to handle it and was very considerate.However Tajah was thorough on making sure thateverything was fine.The whole team deserves some type of bonus I will be calling corporate to let them know about the amazingteam and management they have. I wanted ice cream and was super excited to try the Dirt Pie flavor. The guy at the window went to flip my Blizzard and the... candy worms fell off into the chasm between the drive-thru window and my window. Had to wait for someone to take order at drive tru . And messed flavors up
I went there for the sugar cookie blizzard, but they said they aren't serving it all season. How are you gonna have the sign up... advertising it but not serve it? Also, the drive-through speaker volume is very low and almost impossible to hear. Read more
