Service was really good, server didn't miss a beat and he was professional and attentive. Food was yummy and plentiful. The... spicy poblano omelette is so delicious, My son always got the strawberries and cream crepes, My other son loves the 2x2x2, hubbyis the wild card, lol. You can't go wrong at this location... This restaurant is good. You get your typical breakfast, lunches, and dinners here. I was really surprised at their steak. I... expected plain salt and pepper like most other places, but this one had lots of flavor and seasoning. It was really good.Portion sizes were good. I would go back again. The only things I did not like is how crowded they get and nowadays you can'tbe too careful. I guess the more you can seat the more money you make... the tables were way too close to each other. From the beginning of my families time at this location, the server assigned to us, Kiana, gave us terrible service. She didn?t... put our order in until 15-20 minutes after we ordered which meant we sat foodless unbelievably long. On top of that she forgotcoffees (specifically hot coffees), didn?t bring enough waters, took forever to bring my 1 yr old sons food while he screamed inthe restaurant. She was very forgetful and demonstrated poor time management regarding our table. When we brought up ourconcerns to the manager, she immediately deflected the situation to the food not getting made fast enough instead of takingownership of the poor service. Long story short, we will not be returning to this IHOP and hope anyone who reads this steersclear as well. Don?t work in customer service if you can?t deal with customers. The place needs training for the employees of job roles. The greeter was doing 2 job, greeting & waitress. She was getting... confused on what role was important with customers. The dishwasher was washing dishes and mopping the bathroom floor. The floorwas so wet that customers was slipping and sliding into the bathroom stalls. We had a experience waitress and she gave excellentservice but her colleagues leaned on her often and that kept her a little distracted. Overall, the food was OK but I'll givethe place a 2 . DO NOT ORDER TO GO FROM THIS IHOP UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR. I ORDERED 2 ITEMS, A COUNTRY FRIED STEAK WITH... PANCAKES, AND CHICKEN AND PANCAKES AND IT TOOK AN HOUR TO GET. THE PEOPLE WHO WAITED IN LINE TO DINE IN AFTER I ORDERED MINE HADTHEIR BREAKFAST SERVED AND ACTUALLY FINISHED THEIR MEALS BEFORE I GOT MY ORDER. WORST BREAKFAST TO GO. WASTE OF TIME. Good food let me tell ya. Breakfast food place diner with good breakfast. Didn?t get any this time. In past I?ve gotten... pancakes. I?ve had pancake specials with all of these different flavors and sauces and toppings and fruit. Yummy stuff really.This time I didn?t though. This time my girl and I got some lunch food from the lunch section of the menu. It was lunchtime. Wehad just done some shopping and wanted lunch, not breakfast.
