I would say that half of the customer service was good, the other part not so much. Where they take orders and fill them, great.... Where you pay, not so good. So I was last in line when there was 2 cashiers. When it came down to me instead of taking me oneif the cashier's left. What my money wasn't good enough for her? Sadly for the one new cashier there were 3 employees givingher instructions on stuff to do but, none was about waiting on me! This was totally avoidable but, it still happened. Read more

They make a great hoagie here. Plenty of meat, and the roast beef is slammin! The line moved quickly too, not really a wait at... all. I like how they have a unique soda option at the fountain, a brand I wasn?t familiar with called Stubborn. Really good! Thanks again and I?ll be back! Read more
I love Jersey Mike?s subs but tonight I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a cheesesteak sub and it came with very little... meat and the cheese was not even melted. All I could taste was bread.
