Going downhill. Used to be one of the best pizzas in the area. The food quality isn't there anymore and there's no atmosphere.
I've never had a bad experience here until today. Every encounter with the owner was pleasant and I really liked her. This time... my pizza was under cooked so bad that I could actually smell the dough. The crust wasn't even rolled evenly. There was a flap ofcrust that I could actually lift up on time of more crust. I asked for it to be remade and it still wasn't right. The cheese wasthicker then the crust but some how still under cooked. The owner got mad because I didn't like my pizza, threw it across thewindow and told me to stop bringing back pizza as if I wouldn't have loved to not wait around for 2 obviously bad pizzas. The employees don't know the menu, the pizza was flat and greasy, was told i couldn't share a drink with my girlfriend.... Even... the kids, who normally worship pizza, didn't finish theirs because they didn't like it. They NEVER turn down pizza but they didfor the first time tonight. Read more
The lady who runs this store absolutely makes this store great. She is personable and efficient. The food is always good and... the wait is as short as possible. She remembers her customers and makes them feel welcome to be there. Read more
I decided to try this place for something different. My husband is very picky about his pizza ???? so I was nervous. Not only... did I receive impeccable customer service, the bathrooms were super clean, and the pizzas were delicious ???? My husband has anew favorite place to get his pizza. I called to compliment the lady and gentleman that made my order .. The first thing shesaid was "what happened?" (She sounded very concerned) She showed genuine care for her customers. I LOVE that!
