Literally every time we have come here it has been one thing or another????. I can?t say anything for inside service, but drive... thru accuracy is total mess. People not knowing what comes on sandwiches, to handing out the wrong orders?to forgetting parts ofthe order?to no straws or napkins?.then forcing people to park and have to go inside?except at night when the doors are lockedand then you get to go back around drive thru again. Times are tough, finding workers is tough, and dealing with people isn?talways fun. This place seems to not really even try most days. We will literally drive across Salisbury to the other one fromnow on?.and this is a review from a family who has worked in McDonalds- 1 for 15yrs, and 1 for almost 30yr. So we know what ittakes to operate a good store. Wish the owners were more involved and cared more about customer experience. Quantity is a greatgoal, however quality still matters. Read more

I had a delivery order. Two sandwiches were Steak egg and cheese, i got chicken egg and cheese. After calling for 1 hour finally... got the manager he did not like being told the service was bad and hung up on me good bye parsons road store. Read more
I?m sitting in my car outside of this McD writing this review because the service has been so consistently horrible for months.... I stop here after work several times a month but no more. I?m familiar with the standing joke about McD?s and their ice creamissues however at this franchise it?s a real thing. That?s one issue the other being I waited at the counter while the staff?manager included,talked and joked with one another. Finally I hear the manager say ?someone wait on her?. Nice. Every time we go to Salisbury md mcdonald's they are slow and put us in the drive-thru 1,2,3or4 parking slots. People were... getting out the line cus it was so slow. Than they catch attitudes when we tell them that's not our order and we want our moneyback. You can't keep blaming covid for unerstaffing and poor service. This restaurant has been like this since before covid. Weare staying away for a while. Read more
It was ok. The fries were fresh. Line could have moved a little quicker. The cashier should offer receipts. If I pay for... something, I want my receipt UNLESS I say otherwise. I shouldn't have to ask for my receipt. 2 years later 12-19-2021 and theystill slow as ever! Read more
UPDATE: I've changed from 1 star to 4 stars because it appears they got rid of the rude employee(s). I have been having a much... better experience here in the past few weeks. Also the staff during the day have always been awesome! Old review: Tl;Dr:extremely rude staff the past month, sloppy food, don't come here past 6pm I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was akid, when I moved here. They remodeled and it's been great, however in the past month or so, I've dealt with on 3 occasions themost rude people I've been served by in my entire life. They literally weren't replying to my questions with words, just grunts.The late night staff need to be changed, when I come at night it's the worst. The food is disgusting and sloppy, the fries areliterally cold, not even warm, and they messed up our drinks. Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a burger pack and received no fries whatsoever. When the delivery person went back they... were met with the most disgusting attitude I've ever had from an EMPLOYEE. I tried to call up there myself to discuss it and washung up on before I could say a word. As a manager in food service I am appalled at this behavior. Seriously disappointed. Read more
