This place has been steadily going downhill. First it started with the service and horrible attitudes. Most people who... frequently dine out already know what that means. Yep the workers stop caring then the place becomes nasty. That's what hashappened here. Last time my daughter and I went here it was disgusting! There were maybe 2 clean tables out of fifteen vacanttables, piles of dirt food and debris on the floor, and gnats everywhere. I didn't notice this at first as we went straight tothe kiosk to order. After waiting for the food and chatting, we finally found a clean table and sat down. That's when the gnatsstarted swarming us, we moved to the second clean table, and the same thing happened. Then I touched my spicy chicken sandwichand the bun was still partially frozen, there looked to be a gnat in my autumn squash soup. We ended up walking out, leavingeverything we paid for. The service and workers had been so bad here lately we decided it was meaningless to say anything. Wefeared we would only deal with more attitude and ignorance. Nor did we want to be in that establishment any more! I did call thecooperation, waiting for a call back. I did request a refund, I also cancelled my sip club. I also, unfortunately plan oncalling our local health department. In saying all of this and after the disgust, carelessness, and filthiness I witnessed Iwill never be back. Read more
No comment on food, My lack of service during my drive thru order was appalling no communication or smile. My order taken no... problem there - at window 1. NO GREETING , I said Hi handed her my card 2. She handed my card back NO RESPONSE I saidthank-you.3. Handed me my food I said thank-you NO RESPONSE. 4. 2 items were missing I requested them nicely she gave them tome I said thanks once again NO RESPONSE. NO smile a robot could do better. Read more
Food is ok, the lobster and Mac and cheese bowl was artifical lobster at 19.99 it was over priced and over cooked, however the... the broccoli and cheese bread bowl was good. The restaurant was neat and clean and easy to enter and exit. Associates were niceand the chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Read more
I am really happy that I decided to stop here. I ordered via the app and chose curbside pick up. I got there and accidentally... entered the wrong parking spot number. The young lady who brought me food out matched my car info on the order to the carsparked in the curbside pick up and located me. Thank goodness. She was very nice, too. The food is delicious as expected. I thisis the first Panera I have seen that has a drive thru!! Oh my! They all should have drive thru!! ???? Read more
Very pleasant and easy to get service with minimal contact of employees. You literally don't have to talk to a soul! Fresh clean... look and the food was as expected. If you love Panera Bread you will love this. Read more

I ordered dinner through the drive thru and was very disappointed! I ordered 2 sandwiches and a large mac-n-cheese. They did not... modify the sandwich as I ordered or like it said on my receipt, the Mac-n-cheese was soup with a few noodles, and they did notinclude all the sides like it said on the receipt either. I called and spoke to the manager and only got excuses. I understandthat you need to support your employees. However, when you are told by a customer that their order was wrong, that 3 peoplestanding around talking while I waited for my food and no one double checked the order, and you make no effort to correct it orimply that you will at least talk to your employees about double checking orders, especially when it is slow, that is justwrong!
