Just ordered food tonite and got delivery which I paid 3$ delivery fee.. Order was wrong so I called to tell them and the... response was bring your food up here and we will make you another order... asked if they were going to pay me 3$ to bring itback to them since I paid for that service and was told no... so I threw my food away after spending 60$.. order from here oncea week but not anymore Read more
They do such a nice job for catering. We get the salad with grilled chicken and the garlic knots. Always fresh and delicious.
The last time we had Pat’s deliver dinner, our order was incorrect. The person who took our order took it correctly, but it... was made wrong. We called bc we now had food that my son couldn’t eat. We expected an offer to correct it or a refund for thatitem. Which technically we got, but we would have to wait another hour for the item to be delivered again, or to get a refund,they would have to send the driver back to pick up the incorrect item…which is ridiculous bc they were telling us how busythey were at the time. The manager made us feel like we were trying to scam them or something. To waste a drivers time & fuel(when very busy) to pick up the incorrect item to make sure we don’t eat it and also get a refund is very tacky and left usnot really wanting to order Pat’s again in the future. They did give us a credit to order the exact item they messed up, whichhonestly, not sure I want take advantage of now bc of the way the manager made us feel like the bad guys for there mistake. The worst service I had ever had to pick up. To be honest I want to say the lady is a mgn. I was explaining to the lady how I... don’t get paid if I don’t confirm: she told me if I don’t like the policy I don’t need to come there. The crazy part iwas already walking away so why u still yelling things to me. I’m going to take it as she is racist n don’t want me to comethere. One thing she is right I don’t have to come there n trust me I won’t ever. I have been doing this work for almost ayear. This is the first time I have had such disgusting service. I ask for the cooperate number I know she gave me the wronginfo but google will give you the info. Someone needs to know how they treat you there . I was at the Salisbury branch aroundone o’clock on 7/17/2022. I believe she said her name is Kate but I’m sure that was a lie as well. Read more

New to the area and have had the pleat of eating here twice. Each time the pizza was exceptional with the perfect balance of... ingredients. The marinara is flavorful and really compliments the fresh pizza dough. Will definitely keep coming back! Read more
