This popeyes use to be good big emphasis on used to be. We have picked up chicken many times from this location over the past... few years. I have been dealing with covid the past week and I am usually cooking instead of eating out so to make it easy on usboth she offered to get chicken and I was ok with it. She ordered the 14pc family meal which is just about $35 dollars with tax.When she came home with it there were only 10 pieces in the box for starters and the chicken was so dried out it was just aboutinedible. The biscuits were so hard that they could have been used as skipping stones. The only edible thing were thepotatoes.This will be our final expierence with popeyes. Read more
We decided to stop In for lunch today. Their were people waiting, come to find out they had to cook more chicken. Good thing we... waited as there is nothing more better than fresh cooked chicken. It was very moist in the middle, had great flavor and tasteawesome. Staff working at the time were very personable and helped with all our needs. I tried to get a DoorDash order for over an hour and a half and they had two people call me 45 minutes apart and tell me they... were on their way with my order then they called me back and said that they were cooking chicken but I?d be a bit. I drove tothis location, I waited five minutes in the drive-through line before someone acknowledged me sitting there to find out thechicken would be a while still. Tell me why this is a fried chicken place with no fried chicken ready at lunch time on a Sunday. Was told a 2 minute on a family... meal and I've been sitting in my car for 20 minutes now. I paid for a large combo popcorn shrimp meal, and received this.They forgot my biscuit. And to top it all off I ordered door... dash I call the manger they hang up twice telling me he can not hear me then I provide my problem he then proceeded to tell meto tell the door dash driver to come back so they can replace it but how if the dasher is gone and I have no contact number forthem. Food is always good, they?ve got good meal deals for parties of any size. The only reason I didn?t give 5 stars was due to the... staff. Any time I?ve come, whether it be recently or 3 years ago, I?ve never dealt with someone who seemed to care about thejob. The absolute worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The young lady working the register was not pleasant or... friendly at all. I had to ask her if she was open so that I could place MY order. Ridiculous! I honestly wanted to ask for mymoney back due to the lack of customer service that was provided. The MOD was just as bad. He didn't communicate with his staffnor acknowledge the customers walking into his establishment. The only reason I'm even given them two stars was because I didn'thave to wait for my order too long.
