Subway in clairmont plaza this the worse place I?ve ever known, my first experience and my last I will never go to this place... again. I went there to place an order for three people I explain to the withe men I need 2 together and the third one I need itseparately because I have to bring the receipt for a control. When the moment to check out I handed the money to him you knowwhat he did when he gave me the change he threw the change and the receipt away to the counter without apologize. I placed a GrubHub order. I selected for my bread to be untoasted. This location did NOT heat up meat/cheese on my two subs.... Untoasted does not mean Unheated. It just means I don't want the bread toasted. You STILL need to heat up the meat. I've beengetting subways sub for YEARS now and it is common procedure that if you request for the sub to be untoasted that you heat themeat up and add it to the sub. It's an automatic thing. I've had maybe one sandwich maker ask if I wanted the meat heated andthat was because she was fairly new and even the manager chimed and said 'If they don't want the sandwich toasted then you haveto warm up the meat in containers with the cheese'. They also forgot the banana peppers and they forgot to add the Parmesancheese so they just added a container of it in the bag. So now I'm sitting here with a cold cheesesteak and cold roasted chickensub. I am usually not one to complain but come on. This isn't enjoyable because of how cold the meat is :/ They did followother instructions we gave, like being light on the sauce, and that's why I won't give just 1 star because they were lookingover the order to an extent.
