i?ve been going here quite frequently for the past few months and it?s the workers are always super super kind- without a doubt.... i always receive have great conversations with the employees, and they seem as though they love their job! the food and drinksare always delicious, of course! but the customer service really makes this establishment great! Wish they had more options for some basic food and doughnuts but the coffee makes up for that. The cold brew is great to buy and... store at home, without ice obviously. Fast drive thru usually and the interior is designed well. Read more
i don't typically rate places but holy cow this place was the most disrespectful aromas i have ever been to. when i first pulled... up the girl who took my order seemed very annoyed and very stressed. she seemed very irritated that i asked for a surprise rushwith no coffee flavors or banana. i'm typically pretty much okay with anything beside banana and coffee flavors (basicallyanything that is usually/able to be put in a coffee) and when the man gave me the rush i asked what flavors (because I am alwayscurious). he stated he had put amaretto in it i told him that i requested no coffee flavors and the absolute attitude he gave mewas pretty astonishing. he said "well you said no banana, so why don't you tell me what you want". i told him i truly don't carejust no coffee flavors or banana. as he dumped the rush he proceeded to mumble under his breath how i should've just said whatkind of rush I wanted. i have NEVER had such an awful experience at an aroma's. I have been going here for years, always had great coffee. The last 2 months I have gone every day and almost EVERY TIME I go my... order has been wrong. There have been times I've waited almost an HOUR to get my coffee even remotely right. Some of the staffis great, most not anymore! Go up to the Hampton location if you want a good coffee. Read more
This place used to be amazing! Perfect coffee every time. Lately they have been hiring new staff and the place has gone... downhill. Today I had to bring my coffee 3 times to get it right and waste almost an hour of my morning just to get a decentcoffee. Read more
This was my first time ever trying Aroma Joes and it won?t be my last! If you?re unfamiliar with their drive through/ordering... process, you order at the first window with an employee, but have time to view the menu board prior. They have an abundantamount of coffee flavors, and drink options, along with breakfast sandwiches and snacks. They also have an app you can use toearn rewards for your purchases and pay! Read more
For the last month The rushs have tasted like water basically no flavor and packed with as much ice as possible in a $7 drink... not acceptable. I through mine away yesterday. Unfortunately now have to go to Hampton location which always makes their drinksproperly. Read more
