Burger was burnt and this is 2 weeks now that the shake machine has been down every time I come for lunch. Very slow service and... always opens late. Read more
Certain crew members stand outside and smoke for 20 minutes while patrons are waiting inside for anyone to take their orders.... Often more than not they cannot take cards, a few times in the last week they hang a quickly scribbled sign up that says "sorrycan't take any orders today." I got a Whopper Jr meal. The bun was hard as rock forgot to give me straw and onion rings were cold. I mean, you wanna work and... serve people food at least show pride and what u serve them. First and Last time take that dive. Horrible! Read more
