Certain crew members stand outside and smoke for 20 minutes while patrons are waiting inside for anyone to take their orders.... Often more than not they cannot take cards, a few times in the last week they hang a quickly scribbled sign up that says "sorrycan't take any orders today." I got a Whopper Jr meal. The bun was hard as rock forgot to give me straw and onion rings were cold. I mean, you wanna work and... serve people food at least show pride and what u serve them. First and Last time take that dive. Horrible! Read more
Not sure where these other reviewers are but I live by this BK and I?ve never received hot food, never received fast service nor... have I ever enjoyed the food. The absolute worst Burger King I've experienced. Food was not even warm. Ordered a signature Whopper without cheese and a... Whopper meal with cheese. The best part of the meal was a watered down coke . Service wasn't terrible if you excuse beingwaited on by someone eating an ice cream cone. Did have to ring a bell for service. If I was making the decisions about peopleto represent my company's name and operation of a franchise, I would have to look no more than quality of food served to pull afranchise from whomever operates it in this manner. No one to blame here but the owner of the franchise for letting thishappen. I will not return to this location for any reason. Read more
The hours say there open till 12am, really they stop making food at 8 pm. The manager is a lazy excuse for a person, rude and... just disrespectful. I will never give this dump a dime again.
