This was a very average Dunkin' Donuts. The hash browns were overcooked and the bacon was under cooked (and served in a bag of... dropping grease). The staff were pleasant enough but had trouble with the credit card machine chip reader. Read more

I?d say about half the time I go here, something from my order is wrong. Last week an entire $6 sandwich was forgotten, and... instead of iced coffee I got iced tea. Mistakes happen and they?re a busy location, I get it, but some quality checks should bemade. The staff generally is nice but there?s often a woman (manager, shift supervisor? I?m not sure) who just screams at herstaff constantly. It?s just uncomfortable being in the store as a customer when she?s working and you can feel how tense thestaff is in her presence. Read more
The Dunkin in Salisbury MA was horrible. Not very clean when I first walked in. My iced coffee wasn't made the way I asked and... it tasted burnt. My daughter ordered a sandwich that she waited so long for they offered to give her an extra sandwich for herwait and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Also they were way under staffed only 3 people working not enough with thedrive thru should of been at least 4. Read more
I do not recommend going to this Dunkin donuts, the bathroom is filthy the food and drinks are never made right here. The food... doesn't taste as good as most other dunks and they have the most staff of dunks in the area. you go to this one there's 10employees in there eight of them just standing around doing nothing and you go to the other dunks down the road at 15 Lafayetteroad there's two people working and the drive thru is packed and so is the inside and there are people waiting forever but atleast they make the food right there mostly. Ordered. Mini everything bagels. Got no taste to them ordered toasted sausage chez on a english muffin. Got with egg. Not... even toasted. Now I see why dunks going down hill. Fast Read more
This store recently changed management. In my opinion, it was the best decision they could've made. I visit this Dunks 5-6 days... a week and I wouldn't go to any other Dunks in the area. The manager of this site ALWAYS ensures that I am happy with my order.I use the app, so they have my stuff ready for me hot and fresh. A few months ago I had ordered something that they didn'tusually carry. The next day and every day afterwards, they have this item for me. Every employee I encounter there at 4a-5a ischeerful, polite and very efficient. Did I mention that I even travel from Amesbury to Salisbury(opposite direction of my job)just bc I know that my order will be ready and correct.. This is definitely my favorite Dunks!
