We stopped at the Salisbury Big Stop in August on our way to Cape Breton. It was clean and though busy the staff was very... efficient and we didn't wait long. They were also very friendly and helpful. One of our servers (Lana) went above and beyond.When I asked if there was a print shop nearby because I'd forgotten our registration at home and needed print a PDF version frommy phone, she volunteered to print it for me there. This was a huge relief and greatly aided in the enjoyment of the rest of ourvacation. The food was good too.???? Read more
Food is always delicious. Generous portions. Friendly staff. Wheelchair friendly too even the washrooms. That's the best part... lol. They are so hard to find. Read more
My experience was not in the restaurant but in the shop. They are very mean to Truckers. I requested for a shower ???? and... presented my receipt but the attendant told me I need to buy at least 300 liters of gas to take a free shower, what I had was285 liters but they denied me opportunity to take a common shower that is free in most truck stops. I have to sleep without ashower. Even if this is from management, can't there be a little consideration. This gas station is really mean. Will never stophere again. Read more
That was an amazing place, the portions were big and really delicious. Even considering that the restaurant was completely full... and there even was a queue, we got served really fast and good. Even after i was full i continued to eat because it was toodelicious! The only thing i would recommend its to offer sugar if the person ordering tea/coffee. Read more
We ate breakfast in the restaurant and there was a good menu. I had the French toast which was cooked beautifully. The mixed... grill was delicious too. Lunch was ok. I preferred breakfast. They also sold cakes and pies. We did explore the store. It wasamazing. They sold all kinds of desserts in individual portions, different kinds of hotdogs, slushies, clothing and cowboy hats,the list goes on. Would definitely recommend a visit. It's a one stop traveller store... Get food to refresh you on your way. Houses subway???? if you are open to afternoon... sandwiches???? and of course Irving gas station to re-fuel and enjoy ypur road trip....
